When it came time to move out of the city and buy our first home, we didn't even contemplate going to anyone but Brett. He was nothing but professional, responsive, and honest. I can't imagine having gone through a home buying process with anyone but him. I emailed him daily about houses for months, we put in multiple offers on different homes that we discussed with him at length first, changed our minds on what we were looking for a few times, and just generally took up lots of his time. Not once did he ever make me feel like I was being a nuisance or take more than 24 hours to get back to me. What seemed like a daunting task with endless paperwork and lots of different people to deal with was a breeze (or as close to a breeze as buying in the insane Boston real estate market could be). Brett takes so much pride in his business, that I have no doubt that anyone we worked with at his office would be as much of a professional as he is. We would never use anyone else for renting or home buying and I recommend him to all of my friends and co-workers. Thanks, Brett!
Erik is a great! He makes the process of finding an apartment very easy. He helps walk you through each step of the process and takes time to call and ask questions. He was very helpful in my search for an apartment and did an excellent job with I just signed off on a rental with Erik in Back Bay Boston and had a brilliant experience throughout the whole process. He was very considerate and flexible in finding a time to show the apartment. When we were at the apartment he showed me all the details, had me do a nice check all around both in the apartment and the building. After that, he was very responsive and clear on the next steps in the process. Above all that, he is a great person to talk with, it didn't feel like a formal transaction, he was very relatable and made me feel comfortable. everything. Cannot recommend him enough!
Brett helped me in renting an amazing studio in Back Bay. I initially found the apartment listing on Craigslist and shortly thereafter was able to set up an appointment to see the studio. Brett was very flexible with scheduling and patient with my questions. He also was very observant and proactive, noticing a need for repairs and contacting the landlords about it, without me needing to do anything. The application process was pretty straightforward and went smoothly. Once I was approved, Brett handled many of the logistics around move-in with the landlords. He was communicative about details I needed to know and again, was great about answering my questions in a timely way. I definitely would recommend working with Brett. He is professional, responsive, friendly, and very knowledgeable about the housing market in Boston.
Brett is great. We worked with him to rent our beautiful new apartment in the south end. He has a different vibe than the other Realtors® we met with to see other places. He's super casual or chills millennial shows up on a bike but it's refreshing! And he's legitimate. Responsive and understanding to your needs. He will go back to the owner with any of your questions. He showed us 3 great apartments that we really liked. I'm not sure what other types of listings he has, but we're young professionals (30 yo) looking for 1 bedroom in the South end. And he's flexible (like when I was super late to meet him to give him the check) and he gave us an awesome bottle of wine when he handed over the keys. I would definitely recommend him.
